The opportunity to work from home has never been easier or more convenient. To begin an assigned shift, an associate simply logs into their client portal.
Associates are required to service inbound calls a minimum of 15 hours per week. Calls may involve billing inquiries, account or product inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or technical product troubleshooting. Our clients come from various industries such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, and health care.

The Flagler Employment Service associates are vital to our company’s success! Flagler Employment Services is looking for qualified candidates to join our team of associates. As a member of this team of dedicated professionals, you will build a career working for a leader while enjoying the benefits of working from home.
Home-office environments allow you to work comfortably from your home, free from distractions and interruptions during your shift. As a work at home associate, customer calls are routed to your home office. A home phone is required for the position as well as access to high speed internet services. Associates are required to have a computer and pay for initial training. Upon successful completion of training associates are reimbursed initial fees on their first weekly payout. Associates are Independent Contractors and will fill out a I-9 form, all taxes are the responsibility of the independent business associate.
